Here is the guide for starting ceremonies and using traditional words at ceremonies is located:
* When starting clan meetings, begin with this
yowl:
"Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey join (Wherever your clan uses to call to, or) Join together for a clan meeting!"
* When it is a kits time to be apprenticed, begin with the traditional speech:
"This moonhigh, we gather together to name a new apprentice. From this day forward, untill he/she has earned his/her warrior name, this apprentice will be called Kit first namepaw. warrior chosen to mentor apprentice, you will train Kits first namepaw. The new mentor's previous mentor was you mentor, I hope that his/her skill and wisdom(or whatever traits you deem worthy) will pass through you to your new apprentice."
* When an apprentice becomes a warrior, you must use this customary speech:
"I, The Leader's name. leader of Fireclan, Earthclan, Darkclan, or Waterclan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. He/she has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend him/her to you as a warrior in his/her turn. Name of apprentice, do you promise to uphold the warrior code, and to protect and defend this clan, even at the cost of your life?" (Apprentice will reply eaither with "I do," or "I don't." Saying 'I don't" is highly disrespectful though and probably shouldn't be the answer ) "Then, by the powers of Starclan, I give you your warrior name. Name of apprentice, from this moment on, you will be known as New warrior name. Starclan Honors you, and we welcome you as a full warrior of Fireclan, Earthclan, Darkclan, or Waterclan."
* When changing the name of a warrior, use this speech:
"Spirits of StarClan, you know every cat by name. I ask you now to take away the name from the cat you see before you, for it no longer stands for what he/she is. By my authority as Clan leader, and with the approval of our warrior ancestors, I give this cat a new name. From this moment he/she will be known as cats new name, and the reason why he/she will be called this name.."
